New Non-Rule Air Quality Standard Permit for Temporary Public Works Projects RPN 2024-018-OTH-NR

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting comments to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ or commission). The Air Permits Division is proposing a new Non-Rule Air Quality Standard Permit for Temporary Public Works Projects to implement requirements of Senate Bill 1397 to issue a standard permit for activities supporting a public works project.
