Section 185 Fee for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS - RPN 2023-131-101-AI

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting comments to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. This rulemaking project would add new rules for the TCEQ Section 185 fee program for the 2008 eight-hour ozone NAAQS to Chapter 101. It would include provisions for applicability requirements, cessation of the program, exemption to the program, baseline amount determination options, fee assessment, calculation, compliance schedules, collection, and payment.
