HB 4256 set aside money for plugging leaking "water" wells in 2023. Lake Boehmer and several other leaking "water" wells should have been plugged long ago!

With increased growth and strain on water systems it is imperative that leaking wells be plugged to protect the water systems including aquifers and wells that supply populations across the state. Please address this and free up funding to do this wo...↓

We have to clean these up. It effects our limited water supply, the food crops, and the livestock. I don't think Federal Funding is going to be rolling in anytime soon. We might have to use the Rainy Day Fund.
This is very serious.
