Stakeholder Comment Period for Reportable Quantity for Heptane and Nonane: RPN 2027-001-101-CE

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting comments to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Stakeholder meetings are an opportunity for you to provide informal comments before formal rulemaking begins.


This rulemaking is a follow up to a petition to include heptanes and nonanes in 30 TAC Chapter 101, General Air Quality Rules, ยง101.1(89)(A)(i)(III), and establish a reportable quantity of 5,000 pounds instead of the current default reportable quantity of 100 pounds.
