Land Application of Produced Water - RPN 2026-006-309-OW

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting comments to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality(TCEQ). This rulemaking would amend 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapters 309 and 210 to implement Senate Bill 1145 which transferred permitting authority to TCEQ for land application of produced water.
