HB 2063: State Employee Family Leave Pool - RPN 2023-112-009-AS

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting comments to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. House Bill (HB) 2063 establishes a new family sick leave pool program. This rulemaking project would confirm the establishment of the agency’s programs for the sick leave and family leave pools and incorporate by reference the agency’s policy and procedures.
