SB 2102 and SB 1729 Initial Rental Vehicle Registration Provisions SIP Revision - RPN 2026-004-SIP-NR

Please note that this comment form is for the purpose of submitting comments to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. This SIP revision would fully implement the statutory requirements added by SB 2102, 88th Regular Session, and consolidated by Senate Bill 1729, 89th Regular Session. It would also incorporate concurrent revisions to Chapter 114 in RPN 2026-003-114-AI.
